A Steam juicer is so much better than a standard juicer. A steam juicer will extract the juice from some of the hardest berries, something a standard juicer will not do. A steam juice extractor will not only save time, but is a great way to save money as well.

Now with the steam juice extractor I am a canning fool! The juicing benefits I get now are fantastic. I now have very little waste when using a steam juicer. I can use almost every part of the fruit or vegetables to make jams, jellies and sauces that I would not have done with any other type of method. I can even save up peach peels in the freezer and use these in the stream juicer to get peach juice for jams.

I love this steam juicer that I did buy online. I was not really familiar with a steam juicer until I was looking to buy a new juicer and was researching what was on the market. I ran across an article on steam juicers and was almost instantly sold on the idea. Not only can I get juice from the steam juice extractor, but I also have a steamer for steaming fruits and vegetables. I also like to use the steamer for fish.

We live on Lake Michigan and have always fished a lot. Back in the seventies when we were catching tons of salmon and steelhead every weekend we used to use the top portion of our dishwasher for steaming fish. It always worked great. People would laugh when they saw how we steamed our fish. Now I use the steamer on this for steaming my fish.

I own the Cook N Home 9-1/2-Quart Stainless-Steel Juicer Steamer. This has been a fantastic investment in kitchenware. I love the fact that it is a stainless steel juice steam extractor. I had run across some steam juicers that were aluminum and was not thrilled with that concept. I am leery cooking with aluminum as I have read there could be a correlation between aluminum and Alzheimer Disease. 

The stainless steel on this steam juicer seems a tad bit thin and the welds may be a little week but for the money spent, I expect that this juicer steamer will last for a very long time. And the clean-up is quick and easy.

My only real concern is that the surgical tube that the juice runs through may become cracked and brittle and may need replacing. Not sure if there are replacement parts for this. But for my needs I am happy as a clam. This is a great addition to my Mirro Pressure Canner.

I am very pleased with the steam juice extractor that we purchased, but I thought in all fairness That perhaps you would like to check out other steam juicers. You wil notice that the one I bought is one of the lower priced items. Only time will tell if I made the right decision.

I bought my steam juice extractor online at Amazon and was very pleased with the delivery time. I have also looked at local retail stores for a juice steamer and they are a lot more expensive than what Amazon is selling them for. This made my day as I never know if I am paying more online for things or getting ripped off. I shop very little off line so I am not sure of price comparisons. We live away from big shopping districts so I am limited as to what is available locally. So in the interest of time and saving money in gas, I shop online.
