As a baby boomer, I am always on the look out for retirement gifts for men. I cannot count how many retirement parties I have been to in the past couple of years. This has spawned several retirement gift ideas for men for me. I also have several upcoming retirement gatherings coming up in the next couple more years. It seems that most of my friends and close co-workers are all within the retirement reach.

I like to know his hobbies, interests, social affiliations and his favorite charities. This helps me to narrow down the retirement gift. Plus depending on how close I am to the individual will depend on how much money I am willing to shell out on a gift.

Even though eBay has a great reputation for selling items that are what they are supposed to be, I want to make sure I am not over bidding on an item.
