Retirement Income: Retirement Income Planning

A big part of our retirement income planning is to find retirement income that both my husband and I can do while enjoying our retirement. My objective to writing hubs here at HubPages is to see if it is possible to make money here and possibly add this site as a way to make money in our retirement.Making money on the internet would provide us with the best retirement income option.

Our retirement income planning started way back when we were about twenty years old. My husband and I always set aside a certain amount out of our paychecks to be able to have a retirement income off of our savings. We always thought we had covered our retirement income funds to the point that hopefully we could live off the dividends alone.

Unfortunately, the last ten years have hit our retirement income planning to the point that now we know we will need to have retirement income coming in from other sources.

Our retirement income plan has changed since we first laid out our retirement plan. Our retirement income needs had greatly increased from trying to live off of our dividends from our investments to trying to actually earning an extra income during our retirement. Now we are actually looking into building some type of passive income that we can live off of and saving our retirement funds for further down the road to either live off of or have in case of emergencies.

Our retirement income plan did not include that we would need to cover our own health insurance after retirement. This is going to take a big chunk out of our retirement savings.

Joining HubPages here is going to be one of our retirement income solutions. I hope! I recently joined the 60 day challenge that is being held here in hopes of learning how to best make money here and online. I never really understood how professional the people I have joined up with are. I know with what they are doing and teaching I will be able to make money with HubPages and in other areas and be able to add HubPages as another source of retirement income. This is a new plan for our retirement income investing.

Securing a retirement Income begins at a very early age. As stated before our retirement savings plan started in our twenties. However it is vitally important that your financial retirement plan is flexible enough to be able to handle bumps in the road. With so many baby boomer retirement income plans gone because of the recession there needs to be a way of getting retirement income as soon as possible.

After reading around here on HubPages and across the web it appears that earning an income online could be a way of replacing so many peoples retirement income.
